The Senior Content Manager will review all Public Sector and Key Account casework within the Service Level Agreement parameters to identify Clinical and UHC Hub questions. The content manager will mark in-scope items they will answer and return a summary to the assigned writer. The Senior Content Manager will also respond to National Account ad hoc questions for UHC-Owned products and services. This position is also responsible for the development, accuracy and quality of content used by proposal writers to respond to RFPs and renewals and will work with subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout the organization to maintain information housed in the proposal database. The Senior Content Manager may also be asked to contribute to projects that support team or department initiatives including, but not limited to, training and educating team members and proposal writers.
Primary Responsibilities
Review in-scope RFP documents to identify Clinical questions and provide summary of findings to proposal writers. Respond to identified questions using standard proposal database responses, engaging SMEs or accessing information from various internal and external sites. Manage multiple RFP deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Edit responses obtained from SMEs in accordance with UnitedHealthcare's Proposal Style Guide and corporate
