The role supports local department strategy through operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive customer engagement, including operational support outside standard business hours where required.

Coordinate and manage air import shipments from origin to final delivery Receive, verify, and process shipping documentation (HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists, permits where applicable) Monitor shipment milestones, track cargo, and proactively manage delays or exceptions Liaise with airlines, origin offices, warehouses, customs service providers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, airline requirements, and internal SOPs Maintain accurate and timely data entry within freight management systems Provide regular shipment updates and high‑quality customer service Support billing accuracy, cost control, and account reconciliation in collaboration with Finance Prepare customer reports and support KPI performance tracking Provide weekend, public holiday, and after‑hours operational support as scheduled Qualifications The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements.
