Senior Account Based Marketing Manager

Job Requisition ID # 26WD100300 Senior Account Based Marketing Manager Position Overview The Autodesk Account Based & Field Marketing team in EMEA is looking for a seasoned professional to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based strategies that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue growth for priority accounts and industry segments. The role partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and regional leadership to create integrated go-to-market programs.

Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies across 1 account clusters Partner with Sales leadership to identify target accounts and align marketing plans with account priorities Build integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns including: Digital marketing Executive programs Events Webinars Content marketing Paid media Drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion opportunities Analyze account insights and campaign performance to optimize marketing investments Coordinate execution across multiple marketing functions including creative, campaign operations, analytics, events, and communications Measure success using KPIs such as: Marketing-sourced pipeline Influenced pipeline Account engagement Opportunity creation ROI Minimum Qualifications Strong B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience Deep knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Pipeline and demand generation expertise Sales alignment and stakeholder management Data-driven decision making Campaign planning and project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Marketing automation and CRM familiarity (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Approximately 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue impact through marketing initiatives Operates independently with minimal supervision Owns strategy as well as execution for a significant marketing portfolio Influences cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority Makes data-driven decisions and recommendations Contributes to marketing best practices Acts as a trusted partner to Sales leadership rather than solely executing campaigns #LI-IS1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Germany based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $74,000 and $107,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
