Discover Impactful Work : As a Workflow Automation Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting workflow automations that support global marketing and creative operations. This role requires hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion to build integrations, automate business processes, and ensure reliable data flow across the marketing technology ecosystem. You will partner closely with Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, and Platform Administrators to deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and data quality. A Day in the Life : Build, configure, and maintain workflow automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. Design, modify, and troubleshoot Fusion scenarios that integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Seismic, DAM platforms, Criteo, Blee, and other marketing technologies. Configure API connections, webhooks, HTTP modules, JSON parsing, and data transformations within Workfront Fusion. Diagnose and resolve workflow failures, integration errors, and performance issues using Fusion execution logs and error handling techniques. Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions. Document workflow architecture, integration logic, exception handling, and operational procedures. Participate in solution design reviews and recommend improvements for automation scalability, maintainability, and governance. Support Workfront administration activities including project templates, custom forms, object relationships, queues, and reporting as needed. Education & Experience : Required : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Operations, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, system administration, or data integration. 2–4 years of experience developing workflow automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. 2-4 years hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration, including projects, tasks, custom forms, portfolios, reports, and object relationships. Experience building integrations using REST APIs. Working knowledge of JSON and data mapping. Experience troubleshooting workflow failures and integration issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred : Experience integrating Adobe Workfront with AEM, DAM, Seismic, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms. Experience working with HTTP modules, webhooks, authentication methods, pagination, and API rate limits. Knowledge of marketing operations and creative workflow processes. Experience documenting technical workflows and solution architecture. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities : Demonstrated experience designing, deploying and troubleshooting Workfront Fusion scenarios.
