Corporate Procurement Business Analytics team is responsible for providing insights to business data in areas like sourcing, procurement and supply chain. Building data landscape, develop user friendly reports and analytics tools and platforms for management and users. Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support our procurement and logistics functions through supplier master data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and related systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to manage supplier accounts, ensure data accuracy and governance, and deliver key reporting insights for business decision-making. You will also play a critical role in handling MDG requests, supporting reporting needs, and driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for working with supplier master data, understanding SAP data structures and architecture, and ensuring compliance with procurement governance policies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of domain expertise, technical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
Understanding of Vendor Data Structure: Strong knowledge of Supplier Master Data, including General Data, Purchasing, and Financial/Company Code data. SAP MDG-S Proficiency: In-depth expertise in SAP Master Data Governance for Suppliers, including Business Partner (BP) functionality. Understanding of SAP Architecture: Familiarity with the interaction between MDG (hub) and target systems such as ECC and S/4HANA. Data Governance Knowledge: Strong understanding of data governance processes, including workflows, validation rules, and approval chains. Provide logistics reporting and analytics support, and act on all related requests such as journal entries, allocations, and KPI reporting... Lead process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, eliminating redundant processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Regular interaction with stakeholders to ensure alignment with procurement governance policies and procedures. Manage workload distribution across core activities:
