Please do not apply if at any time you will need immigration support now or in the future (i.e., H-1B, STEM OPT Training Plans, etc.). All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you’ll be responsible for: Developing legislative and regulatory policy priorities at federal and state levels. Developing policy and educational resources to help community and regional financial-institution clients navigate shifting compliance and regulatory landscapes. Representing the company’s strategic interests before key legislative bodies, regulatory agencies and industry trade groups. Tracking, analyzing, and interpreting proposed legislation and regulatory rulemakings affecting financial technology, core processing, real-time payments, tokenized money, open banking/data privacy, and AI governance. Translating complex policy proposals into actionable business intelligence for internal stakeholders and product leaders. Partnering closely with corporate leadership and General Counsel to align public policy initiatives with enterprise strategy. Drafting policy briefs, white papers, comment letters, and testimony for executive leadership. Providing strategic product leadership by identifying product gaps, evaluating new solutions, vendors, partners, and fintech opportunities, and recommending enhancements to support business objectives. Developing and influencing product roadmaps by assessing industry trends, regulatory changes, partner capabilities, and their impacts on products, revenue, and market positioning. Leading strategic engagement with financial institutions, fintechs, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and drive action plans that address customer needs.
