Work you’ll do As a Technology Strategy Senior Manager on the Health Care Strategy team, you will be responsible for: Developing technology strategies that help clients improve profitability, accelerate growth, and deliver value across stakeholder groups Leading technology strategy engagements for health care clients, including platform, architecture, operating model, and capability decisions needed to support business priorities Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by shaping deliverables, driving day-to-day client relationships, and guiding teams through complex transformation initiatives Leading engagement planning, budgeting, delivery oversight, quality management, and risk management across client work Contributing to practice growth through business development, proposal leadership, methodology development, thought leadership, and people development A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Strategy architects bold strategies across the enterprise, enabling growth, competitive advantage, and continuous digital and AI transformation.
