During your internship, you will work closely with the Legal Department and receive guidance from experienced legal professionals. You will support a variety of legal and compliance activities, including contract review, document management, legal research, and monitoring regulatory developments. On a typical day you will:     Prepare simple contract amendments, such as those related to price increases or extensions of contract terms, Format contracts and conduct proofreading reviews, Assist with document organization, filing, and record-keeping, Conduct basic legal research, Monitor current legislation and inform the company lawyer of developments relevant to the company, Prepare legal memoranda (memos) when necessary. What you will need to be successful: You are currently a 3rd or 4th year Law student, You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, You are proactive, reliable, and have good communication skills, You are eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
