Job Description
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Group Executive Strategy and Readiness Partner is a strategic messaging analyst that supports the Corporate Banking Group. This role assists in synthesizing performance insights, supporting internal messaging development, and coordinating stakeholder inputs. This role builds foundational capabilities in executive messaging, audience and cross-functional collaboration, and operating within the business. This role is designed to develop messaging fluency and strategic awareness as a launchpad for future roles in executive strategy or business enablement.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports development of deliverables, assisting with preparation of business, committee, analyst, board, and regulatory presentation and briefing materials Drafts components of strategic updates and contributes to messaging frameworks that reflect financial results and strategic priorities Synthesizes data and insights including competitive trends and performance metrics into briefing notes, presentation inputs, and leader talking points with guidance from senior team members Collaborates with executives, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent, accurate, and aligned communication materials Supports creation and coordination of market-level business unit review (BUR) materials Uses generative AI and reporting tools to assist in insight generation, content drafting, and data visualization Helps manage stakeholder and partner relationships, ensuring timely exchange of information across Strategic Finance, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and the Communications teams This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field Two (2) years of experience in financial services, strategy, executive support, investor relations-adjacent roles, or communications Preferences Background with commercial, corporate, treasury management, or capital markets with a strong understanding of end-to-end sales process Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Communications Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering Familiarity with enterprise-level reporting tools and dashboards Previous exposure to executive environments and cross-functional collaboration Skills and Competencies Ability to distill abstract concepts into clear, actionable messaging Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate inputs across Finance, Human Resources, and Communications Ability to organize and present data in ways that support executive narratives Ability to work in fast-paced environments and comfort with ambiguity Demonstrates learning agility and eagerness to build strategic messaging fluency Demonstrated
