A Campaign Manager assists in planning and executing marketing strategies on behalf of our clients or next to our clients based on the Campaign Strategy, as well as drive operational efficiencies. They provide leadership and expertise for the Campaign Team. They work closely with Customer Marketing Strategy and the Campaign Technology Lead to ensure successful execution, monitoring, and campaign reporting. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction of the Campaign Strategy.
Role
Responsibilities Provide a point of view about the strategy using date optimization and campaign results Work closely with the Teams involved in a Campaign, such as creative, data, and campaign production team Translate the Business require, the strategy to the production Team. Coordinates campaign timelines for the client and manages client expectations throughout delivery. Collaborates with Campaign Technical Lead to ensure successful campaign execution. Key participant in weekly, monthly, and quarterly client meetings sharing performance reporting. Leads, and coaches the campaign management and operations team on-shore and off-shore with shared focus on growth of existing skillset. Recognizes opportunities for expansion of existing services and/or potential for new services; leverages SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) across the organization to aid in sales opportunities. Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness as it relates to campaign operations and execution. Participates in strategic planning meetings with the client and other stakeholders providing feedback and suggestions around marketing automation platform campaigns implementation, and digital marketing best practices adoption. Manages resource utilization and forecasting demand; prioritizing based on client’s business goals. Manage the project from scoping and requirements stage through deployment for an end-to-end Campaign process. Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level. Ensure resolution of project issues, risks, and/or conflicts and appropriately communicate to stakeholders about status and risks identified and the way to mitigate them. Take responsibility for end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communications and focus on quality including but not limited to all change requests. Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions. Mentor and provide guidance to project resources to continually improve campaign productivity. Drive/evaluate estimates by deliverable and work with teams to optimize and reduce overall estimates. Proactively assign work and provide instructions, advice and technical/business leadership and guidance to project staff; review work in progress in a timely manner and assess completed work for accuracy, required
