Centrale Danone is looking for its new Milk Performance & Digital Manager – AMEA, based in Casablanca or Istanbul. The position reports to the AMEA Milk Director and covers a geographical scope including Africa, METCA and Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for: Milk Performance Management Define, implement and monitor KPIs to measure the performance of Milk Sourcing activities across AMEA. Consolidate, analyze and drive the performance of countries and regions through target setting, KPI tracking and appropriate governance. Interpret performance data and propose action plans and alternative solutions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. Benchmark performance and ways of working with other Milk organizations around the world to continuously identify improvement opportunities. Develop simulation and risk analysis tools to support scenario planning and decision-making, including milk collection, purchasing and yield evolution. Data, Digital & Transformation Design, optimize and deploy standard data models to harmonize and improve decision-making processes across countries and regions. Contribute to the development and deployment of tools such as OptiCo, Should Cost, Protein/Fat Cost and milk price forecasting solutions. Implement the end-to-end data and systems digitalization roadmap of the Milk organization in close collaboration with IS/IT teams. Promote the use of data-driven tools and innovative solutions, particularly Artificial Intelligence, to improve efficiency, effectiveness and compliance. Key Performance Indicators You will contribute to monitoring and analyzing key indicators related to: Economic performance: Protein/Fat Cost, Milk Price, Cash, Productivity and Competitiveness. Supply: Volumes, Protein/Fat coverage, farm size and evolution, and supply portfolio diversification. Feed & Farming: Feed autonomy, feed conversion ratio, feed costs, milk yield, reproduction, animal health and farm profitability. Quality: Solid content, Fat %, Protein %, Somatic Cell Count, TVC and other milk quality indicators. Sustainability: CO₂, CH₄, Water, Biodiversity and Animal Welfare. Compliance: Procure-to-Pay processes and contract management. Other Responsibilities Support the deployment of the global Milk strategy at regional and local levels through effective data and performance analysis. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Agriculture, Quality, Operations, Regional and Local Milk teams, and IS/IT. Contribute to the success of the Milk organization in terms of supply security, cost competitiveness, sustainability and milk valorization. Provide fact-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Ensure effective communication and coordination with local, regional and global stakeholders.
