This role is in support of Cencora’s distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. Shift Details: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5pm EST - Remote Responsibilities: Responsible for procurement support activities related to selected suppliers.   Utilizes discernment in actioning inventory reporting and updating corporate items status.   Responsible for transactions such as transfers, editing previous orders and special orders.   Under the mentorship of the Buyer performs preforms inventory management activities as assigned.   Maintains current open purchase orders status by obtaining tracking information and updating item notes to maximize the established buyer service level objective.   Makes suggestions and recommendations to continually improve the replenishment operation process es.   Ability to resolve issues independently   Able to mentor and train other employees.   Supports Buyers ’ overstock inventory objectives by assisting with product returns .   Performs related duties as assigned.   Contributes to operational improvement by recommending process enhancements and mentoring other team members to strengthen consistency and effectiveness in replenishment operations. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
