 Security Clearance Status: Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date The Antenna and Microwave Department has an opportunity for a flexible, multi-disciplined engineer who is seeking to utilize his/her strong background in Active Electronically Steered Array (AESA) radars with experience leading costing activities. The CAM will be responsible for monitoring performance throughout the program lifecycle using EVMS methodologies, identifying cost or schedule variances and root causes. They will lead variance analysis and prepare monthly reports, including corrective actions and recovery plans. The successful candidate will utilize their strong communication, both verbal and written, and organizational skills to craft strongly researched and well written engineering bids.  Communication skills, both oral and written, and presentation experience are highly desired. Duties include supporting both electrical and department level CAM responsibilities  at 50%, electrical and department level proposals at 25%, and RF/Microwave at 25%.

Qualifications

You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering plus minimum of 10 years direct experience OR Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering plus minimum of 8 years direct experience OR PhD degree in Electrical Engineering plus minimum of 6 years direct experience Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) concepts such as BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, CPI, SPI, VAR, and EAC. Experience developing schedules, manage discrete work packages, and interpret IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) data. Prior CAM experience in aerospace, defense, or high‑complexity engineering programs. Experience leading proposal writing and cost bid generation including ability to generate TINA (Truth in Negotiating Act) compliant bids The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
