The opportunity  : Director-National-SaT-SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory - New Delhi National : National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience. SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory : Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today’s toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

Strong expertise in debt advisory, including structuring, analysis, and execution support for capital raising transactions. Ability to evaluate financing options and develop tailored capital and debt solutions for clients across sectors. Proficient in preparing transaction materials, financial models, and analytical outputs to support debt-related decision-making. Sound understanding of capital markets, lending structures, and key commercial considerations in advisory engagements. Capable of applying general consulting skills to deliver high-quality analytical support within capital and debt advisory assignments.

10+ years of experience
