We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Security Manager to lead our European security operations. This is a leadership role for a corporate security professional who brings a track record of building high-performing teams, championing industry best practices, and driving continuous innovation across physical security programs. The ideal candidate combines deep operational expertise with the strategic mindset to elevate our security posture, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and develop scalable programs that protect our people, assets, and operations at scale. You’ll report to the Head of Physical Security and work onsite from our Frankfurt, Germany office.  Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week. What You’ll Do: Lead European Security Operations across sites, overseeing a hybrid security workforce consisting of both internal team members and contracted security providers to ensure consistent service delivery and performance.
