Partner with the best As a Sourcing Professional – Buying/Procurement, you will play a key role in supporting our business by developing and executing sourcing strategies that meet the needs of our internal customers. You will lead supplier tendering processes, manage and develop supplier relationships, and ensure that all sourcing activities comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. As a Sourcing Professional - Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for: · Create, manage, and execute supplier tenders to effectively support internal business demand. · Negotiate, execute, and maintain supplier contracts in compliance with local policies and procedures. · Develop, qualify, and manage both existing and new suppliers in alignment with sourcing and business strategies. · Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety, ethical, and regulatory standards. · Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to achieve optimal commercial outcomes. · Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly. · Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the optimization of sourcing and procurement processes. · Support the development and execution of long-term sourcing and distribution management strategies. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, administrative or related field) from an accredited university or college. 5 years of experience in Sourcing. Knowledge of compliance and ethics. Be a good communicator and be fluent in English. Dynamic and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership. Collaborative and team oriented. Adaptable to fast-changing and evolving environments. Open to continuous learning and professional development. Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure and in complex situations. Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates active listening and the ability to build strong relationships.
