Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst with experience supporting pharmaceutical field processes. This role will partner with the Product Owner to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and recommend how Veeva CRM can best support those needs through standard capabilities, process improvements, and targeted enhancements.
Responsibilities
Work with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to create business requirements and user stories that ensure system functionality meets business needs. Partner with global teams to leverage existing solutions and platforms and help identify and evaluate new capabilities. Facilitate discussions and workshops with business partners to understand current and future business processes and requirements. Evaluate Veeva CRM solutions that meet business needs with minimal customization, recommending standard Veeva features whenever possible. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to design and validate effective solutions. Stay current on new technologies, methodologies, industry practices, standards, and the Veeva CRM roadmap. Apply AI tools to improve daily work processes and productivity.
Education
Minimum Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Required Experience and Skills 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical analysis roles. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Experience developing and coordinating user acceptance testing. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Experience facilitating meetings and workshops. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience and Skills Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated environment requiring strong governance, privacy, compliance, and separation of promotional and non-promotional activities. Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Veeva CRM.
