As a member of this team, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of 14 hospitals throughout the Las Vegas region, Northern and Western Nevada, Free Standing ER's, and surgical centers. As a VHS Payroll Coordinator, you will oversee time and attendance data within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) ensuring hours are interfaced with the payroll system. You will utilize Workday to manage the full payroll cycle, including data entry, auditing and processing. Intermediate Excel skills are required to create custom reports, reconcile payroll data and track payroll variances.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
Three to five years’ experience in payroll required. Techical Skills: Computer proficiency includes Intermediate MS Excel (must be proficient in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and If statements. Other: General knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
