The Adoption and Performance Informaticist is responsible for reinforcing data driven adoption of digital functionality and workflow-based training (in-person and virtual) that promotes effective and efficient use of EHR tools, improves clinical workflows, and enhances user satisfaction. This position also plays a critical role in delivering support for new EHR functionality implementations, enhancements, and sustained use of systems across clinical and operational teams. This role combines deep knowledge of health informatics, clinical workflows, and change management to support users in achieving EHR proficiency and maximizing its value for patient care, safety, and efficiency.

Serve as a subject matter expert on technology functionality, workflows, and best practices across clinical (acute and ambulatory), including clinically driven revenue cycle
