In this vital role, you will serve as the technology leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of a portfolio of products supporting Amgen's Value and Access organization, including Coverage Pricing Intelligence, CapAI, and Pricing capabilities. You will partner closely with business leaders, engineering teams, architects, and product teams to define strategic roadmaps and deliver scalable technology solutions that enable Commercial Operations and accelerate business outcomes. The primary objective of this role is to translate business strategy into innovative technology capabilities while ensuring delivery excellence, operational stability, and measurable business value. You will lead multiple cross-functional Agile teams, drive innovation, strengthen partnerships across business and technology organizations, and continuously evolve products that support Amgen's digital transformation.

Serve as the technology leader for agile teams supporting Coverage Pricing Intelligence, CapAI, and Pricing capabilities, ensuring delivery aligns with business strategy, product vision, and organizational priorities. Define, own, and execute the strategic product roadmap and investment priorities for the product portfolio by translating business objectives into prioritized capabilities, release plans, and measurable business outcomes. Build strong partnerships with business leaders, engineering teams, enterprise architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver scalable, sustainable technology solutions. Lead product execution by driving PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and dependency management to ensure successful delivery against committed objectives. Establish and monitor OKRs and delivery performance metrics, including predictability, flow, productivity, Spec-Driven Development (SDD), product adoption, operational health, and business value realization. Apply data-driven decision making to prioritize investments, measure product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance product capabilities and customer experience. Drive AI and advanced analytics initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage modern data platforms, machine learning, Generative AI, and emerging technologies to improve business processes and accelerate decision making. Provide leadership for platform operations, including production support, incident management - Live Narrative adoption & root cause analysis, timely closure of corrective actions, and continuous operational improvements.
