Job Summary Are you looking to begin a rewarding career in electrical safety management? The Safety Associate reports directly to the safety leader. This is a client-facing role that requires the ability to build relationships both in and out of the office. The core responsibility of a Safety Associate is to continue learning through on-the-job experience while gaining new responsibilities along the Safety Management career path. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with your clients and fellow employees by earning trust through diligent communication and a high-quality work ethic. Learn the fundamentals of safety management on large projects and assist safety audits and trainings Collaborate with your field leaders to confirm client expectations and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades. Assess construction progress, team needs, and issues through regular project visits with your field supervision.
Qualifications Education & Experience REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree or IBEW licensed electrician Strong computer & Microsoft Suite skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Commitment to developing time management and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.
