Job Description
You will report to Senior PCA Lead and will work in Singapore from office 5 days/week onsite.
Your Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, forecasts, and capacity constraints. Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address changes in demand, material shortages, or operational disruptions. Ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing resources and equipment. Coordinate production priorities with MPS. Analyze material requirements and ensure timely availability of components and raw materials. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Work closely with procurement and suppliers to expedite critical materials. Review and manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) outputs. Manage production orders from release through completion. Monitor customer order status and ensure on-time delivery commitments. Communicate order risks and recovery plans to stakeholders. Support demand fulfillment and backlog management activities. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production departments. Resolve material constraints and production bottlenecks. Support new product introductions and engineering changes. Coordinate inventory movements and material allocation. Analyze and understand production performance, inventory trends, and delivery metrics. Drive initiatives to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency. Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects. Recommend improvements to planning systems, processes, and reporting tools. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. 2 years' Experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain management is preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Knowledge of electronic hardware. Excellent troubleshooting. Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
