Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. What You Will Do : Maintain DOME, ESVR and SAP with accurate CEC scheduling data to ensure we meet our Engine Induction and Shipment plan. Manage Each Gate to the defined Gated Start and Close (Example- Inductions to G1 close, or Material Clear to G2 Roll) Develop a roadmap by Gate to support the overall master schedule and yearly commitments, Monitor Engine Mix and Engine Hours to support a forward growth plan. Work alongside Operations to drive overall efficiency and Engine Readiness. Manage out of sequence work event and how to line load/sequence when needed. (testcell rejects, quick turn campaigns) Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul); Or an Advanced Degree and 6 months experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO or High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO Qualifications We Prefer: Intermediate Excel Knowledge Manufacturing Operations or Aftermarket Experience Learn More & Apply Now Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
