This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and wants to grow into an operations leader. You’ll partner with engineering, quality, operations, facilities, and supply chain while learning how world-class aerospace products are built. Bachelor’s degree Experience: 2+ years of experience leading teams. Experiences could be related to an internship, co-op, campus leadership, athletics, military service, retail, food service, or other leadership experience. Knowledge: Intermediate skill level with MS Office.
