Responsibilities
Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience performing complex repairs and diagnostics, (dealership experience preferred) National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance strongly preferred Manufacturer certifications are a bonus! High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
