About this role
As a part of the Product and Services Activation team, your role is to drive the commercialization strategy for Google’s ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of our varied group of advertisers. Your focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering sales teams with impactful resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team. As a part of the Diversification team, you will sit within GCS Product and Sales Activation (PSA), responsible for creating and scaling solutions for EMEA SMBs. Help realize go-to-market activation strategies for diversification to drive customer growth. Advocate for YouTube and DemandGen products internally and externally as well as gauge their standing in the competitive social market. Educate Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers through at-scale trainings, workshops and partnership with sales leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally and regionally (including global PSA, , Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO), Marketing, Finance, and gTech) to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption. Identify roadblocks in seller workflow and collaborate with global PSA and partner organizations (e.g. RSO) to solve these challenges and help sellers pitch more effectively.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology. Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives. Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales). Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions. Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts. Strong project management skills.
