Job description

Manufacturing engineering specifies the procedures and resources needed to transform product design into products, also, the manufacturing production execution transforms resources into value-added finish products. Manufacturing processes support a zero-injury environment for the team members, use an enterprise-wide approach of leveraging technology and innovation to make sustainable progress possible. The manufacturing team is responsible for validating processes prior to production using APQP. PPAP and process design technologies, also, manufacturing processes are designed to Make Value Flow and accomplish lean manufacturing. Responsibilities : Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes. Lead implementation of Engineering Changes and CPI. Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas. Analyzing engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes. Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

Education

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or equivalent technical experience. Intermediate English-speaking level. 2 or more years of manufacturing, projects or gear products experience.

Interprets engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, process specifications, and quality standards to ensure conformance of manufactured parts. Optimizes machining parameters, tooling selection, cycle times, and manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance. Performs machine troubleshooting, process validation, first-article inspections, and root cause analysis to support successful product launches. Ensures compliance with manufacturing standards, safety requirements, and company quality management systems. Problem Solving Applies structured problem-solving methodologies to identify, analyze, and resolve machining, quality, tooling, and production issues. Utilizes data-driven approaches, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools to reduce defects and improve process capability. Investigates CNC programming, setup, fixture, and machine performance issues to achieve optimal manufacturing outcomes.
