Job Description

The CEO Office Strategic Engagements and Programs leader supports the operational execution of the CEO Executive Office by driving executive engagements such as customer, partner, supplier meetings as well as running special programs around executive sponsor accounts, quarterly deal sponsors and CIC Houston engagement.   This role works across multiple business functions to develop executive briefings, manage key stakeholder interactions, and execute special projects that enhance CEO visibility and engagement with customers and partners. The successful candidate is highly organized, business savvy, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, ability to adapt and capable of building strong relationships across different organizations.

Job Description

Executive Engagement Management  Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CEO customer, partner, supplier, and government engagements, including intake, stakeholder alignment, scheduling coordination in conjunction with the Executive Assistant, executive preparation, meeting execution support, and follow-up tracking.  Partner with account teams, executive sponsors, and business leaders to develop comprehensive CEO briefing materials and recommendations.  Track and drive resolution of critical customer escalations and executive commitments resulting from CEO interactions.  Support planning and execution of CEO participation in strategic events, including Discover, industry conferences (i.e. World Economic Forum) and executive forums.  Create and run programmatic use of CEO in conjunction with sale to close deals through the executive sponsor program, quarterly deal sponsorship and Houston CIC visits. Executive Communications  Draft stakeholder correspondence on behalf of the CEO and Chief of Staff.  Partner with Corporate Communications and Executive Communications teams to ensure messaging consistency and quality.  Cross-Functional Collaboration  Partner with organizations including Sales, Communications, Business Units, Marketing, Legal, Government Affairs, and Finance to provide holistic HPE, CEO-level briefings.  Support enterprise projects and programs sponsored by the CEO Office.  Maintain document repositories, collaboration sites, and operational resources supporting CEO Office activities.  Special Projects  Identify opportunities to programmatically engage the CEO on opportunities and in strategic accounts, aligned to the business and sales goals. Lead operational and strategic projects that improve efficiency, communication, and execution across executive office processes.

Required Qualifications

Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise operations.  Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills.  Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.  Strong project and program management capabilities.  Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.  Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle highly confidential information.  Knowledge of HPE
