The individual should have hands on experience in building user interfaces using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Backend experience in Python or Java will be a good-to-have. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web applications across frontend and backend layers Build user interfaces using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular Design and implement server-side services, APIs, and business logic using languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js Work with relational or NoSQL databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data efficiently Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, usability, and reliability Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities as part of the software development lifecycle Use version control and CI/CD practices to support efficient development and release processes Support application monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of user-facing and backend systems Required Skills Core Technical Skills Strong programming fundamentals in at least one backend language such as Java, Python, or Node.js Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and web application architecture Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases Knowledge of Git, version control workflows, and basic CI/CD concepts Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques Basic understanding of software testing, debugging tools, and application deployment processes Education & Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant work experience Problem-Solving Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse defects, identify root causes, validate fixes, and improve overall software quality Our benefits To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.
