This role ensures safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of distribution and transmission construction projects, coordinating across engineering, construction, network operations, contract compliance, system planning, and external contractors. The position provides strategic leadership in project readiness, resource planning, contractor oversight, and construction execution throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Delivery Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of complex distribution and transmission construction projects. Manage project scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality to meet Power Delivery objectives. Ensure adherence to safety rules, work methods, and company standards. Oversee field execution, contractor performance, and construction progress to ensure timely completion. Ensure accurate job package readiness, permitting, materials coordination, and outage planning.
