The role partners with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams to improve patient outcomes, accelerate technology adoption, identify growth opportunities, and deliver sustainable business results while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer experience.

Clinical Excellence Provide expert clinical support during EP procedures and ensure safe, effective use of company technologies. Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of EP therapies, cardiac arrhythmias, clinical workflows, and competitive solutions. Troubleshoot products and procedures in real-time clinical settings. Deliver high-quality training and education programs for physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals. Adapt clinical and technical discussions to different customer audiences to maximize understanding and utilization. Identify unmet clinical needs and collaborate with customers and internal partners to develop appropriate solutions. Business Development & Customer Engagement Achieve territory sales objectives and contribute to overall business growth. Build trusted relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across assigned accounts. Proactively identify growth opportunities, market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs. Use clinical evidence, data, and insights to support customer decision-making and advance adoption of innovative solutions.
