The Revenue Assurance Platform Analyst designs and enhances automated revenue assurance controls across Warner Bros. Discovery’s Direct-to-Consumer business. Working with teams across Revenue Assurance, Data Engineering, Payments, Product, Tax, and Accounting, you will leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to identify anomalies, reduce revenue leakage, and strengthen control effectiveness. Design, build, and maintain automated SQL-based controls across billing, payments, subscriptions, refunds, promotions, email notifications, partner feeds, and customer lifecycle data. Develop and refine reconciliation logic between billing systems, tax engines, third-party partners, payment service providers, and SAP to identify mismatches in transaction volume, amount, timing, and settlement activity. Build and enhance alerting frameworks, including near real-time monitoring, to identify revenue leakage, duplicate activity, failed controls, anomalies, and operational exceptions. Create and coordinate Jira tickets for identified issues, ensuring clear documentation of business impact, technical findings, supporting data, escalation paths, and resolution tracking. Partner with Software Engineering teams to understand data structures, dependencies, field definitions, and control logic requirements. • Develop dashboards and monitoring views to track control results, exception trends, open issues, revenue recovery opportunities, and cost savings. Explore and support AI capabilities and automation solutions while building and refining controls for duplicate activity, payment gaps, refund discrepancies, notification monitoring, and other revenue-risk scenarios. Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience in analytics, revenue assurance, data engineering, controls automation, data analytics, or financial systems support. Strong SQL expertise, including complex joins, aggregations, window functions, reconciliation logic, and data validation queries, with exposure to transactional datasets such as billing, payments, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, partner, or tax data. Background building automated monitoring, validation, reconciliation, exception-reporting solutions, and dashboards using BI tools, Databricks, or similar platforms. Experience coordinating Jira-based issue management, investigating discrepancies across multiple systems,
