Background PACCAR is upgrading its SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) system to strengthen global compliance capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance control over trade processes. Position Summary PACCAR is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). This role serves as an extension of the Product Owner, ensuring that trade compliance requirements are translated into backlog-ready work, supporting prioritization decisions, and aligning business stakeholders with delivery teams. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that compliance, operational processes, and system functionality are effectively integrated into SAP GTS, helping deliver high-quality, audit-ready solutions across PACCAR’s global operations. Job Functions / Responsibilities • Draft and refine user stories aligning with Product Owner priorities, ensuring clear business context, acceptance criteria, and traceability to trade compliance processes. • Translate trade compliance processes into structured business and system requirements aligned with operational workflows. • Support prioritization decisions by providing input on business value, regulatory risk, operational efficiency, and data quality impacts. • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including logistics, compliance, procurement, and IT to gather requirements, facilitate working sessions, and ensure alignment across teams. • Support system testing and validation by developing test scenarios, assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT), validating delivered functionality, and identifying gaps requiring Product Owner escalation. • Assist in validating master data and transactional process flows between S/4 and SAP GTS, identifying data quality issues and supporting the development of controls and business rules. • Participate in Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring stories are ready for development and understood by delivery teams. • Maintain comprehensive documentation and traceability across business requirements, user stories, test cases, and delivered functionality to support audit requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree 5 years of work experience Strong business analysis, requirements definition, and data validation skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills Ability to support cross-functional teams and contribute in a fast-paced implementation environment
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field Working knowledge of global trade compliance requirements Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
