Develop comprehensive expertise in cable accessories, specializing in low (0-8kV), medium (15-46kV), and high voltage (69kV+) products. Extend a complete understanding of the products from highly technical to hands-on experience. Utilize advanced engineering tools for intricate design and optimization of product designs, including simulation software Participate in cross-functional global teams, collaborating seamlessly with professionals in sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance to meet customer needs and uphold industry standards. Work closely with the testing team, playing a pivotal role in designing and executing product validation tests according to rigorous industry standards. Possess strong analytical skills for problem-solving and optimization in product development. Gain and develop an in-depth understanding of cable accessory materials, manufacturing processes, and applications. Familiarity with industry standards such as UL, ANSI, IEEE, IEC, and their application in product development. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing to the generation of inventive solutions to engineering challenges Assist in the creation of technical documentation, encompassing detailed drawings, schematics, and comprehensive product specifications. Execute Research & Development projects with precision, overseeing planning, timeline forecasting, budget management, and logistics coordination using the efficient "Stage Gate" process. Attend targeted professional development workshops to enhance skills in project management, communication, and leadership. Engage
