The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclu sive of all   product , technology,   discovery   and design work.      As Senior Product Manager, Strategic Portfolio Management, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for enterprise tools that enable teams to translate strategy into outcomes. This role focuses on providing Target teams with the right solutions—including Smartsheet, Jira, various Microsoft capabilities, and other emerging tools—to capture demand, evaluate and prioritize work, sequence it into executable plans, govern delivery, and continuously adjust based on value, risk, and constraints.     You will define and implement a comprehensive tooling strategy that balances team autonomy with enterprise governance,   establishing   clear guidance on which tools to use for specific use cases, ensuring easy access processes, and   maintaining   alignment between tool usage and approved purposes.     Working with cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Compliance, HR, and business units, you will drive adoption of governed Strategic Portfolio Management solutions while ensuring tools integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems for proper ownership and lifecycle management. This highly visible role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution to deliver world-class experiences that enhance productivity and operational efficiency across the enterprise.     As a   Senior Product Manager,   you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business   objectives   (OKRs) for your respective product .    You will need to   leverage   the knowledge of your product, as well as customer   feedback   and   establish   other relevant data points
