Pinterest's MC2 organization – Marketing, Communications and Creative – is building a Strategic Enablement function designed to bridge the gap between strategy and execution across a complex, fast-moving creative org. We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to be a core builder of this function, someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building 0-to-1, and takes genuine ownership of what they deliver.
What you'll do
• Initiate and lead specific, high-impact initiatives within MC2's Strategic Enablement pillars. Own each effort from problem definition through delivery, defining scope, sequencing work streams, establishing stakeholder maps, and creating the operating infrastructure needed to move work forward without existing playbooks.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning programs. Own end-to-end curriculum and content development (leveraging internal experts), track effectiveness metrics, and refine continuously based on data and feedback.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across MC2 teams and XFN partners. Facilitate alignment forums, resolve blockers and ensure initiative progress is consistently communicated to the right people, in the right way, at the right time.
• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms for the initiatives you own, including success metrics, progress updates and stakeholder-ready summaries that connect work to MC2's strategic priorities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to how Strategic Enablement initiatives are planned, executed and documented. Refine approaches as work scales and organizational needs evolve.
• Use AI to accelerate your own execution and identify and test high-impact use cases that can be embedded into team workflows and scaled as proven practice.
What we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years experience designing and delivering programs from scratch in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience building scaled, blended (live facilitation, e-learning, job aids, video) learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs and working styles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust quickly and move work forward without formal authority.
• Independent judgment in planning and prioritization.
• Demonstrated
