Job Overview
The purpose of the position is to implement advanced solutions for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. The role is responsible for completing complex technical tasks, which include planning and designing new products, improving production methods, planning machinery and tools, as well as implementing equipment and workflows to ensure a safe and efficient production environment. The position contributes directly to achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives through innovative and sustainable technical solutions. Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Plans, develops, and implements efficient and innovative production processes Identifies and drives process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Manages process improvement projects end-to-end (planning, execution, monitoring) Defines production routes, specifications, and manufacturing methods for new and existing products; implements technical changes Conducts feasibility studies, cost-reduction analyses, and time/method studies Identifies, analyzes, and resolves technical issues in production; implements solutions on the shop floor Provides technical support and mentorship to production teams and operators; organizes trainings on new processes and technologies Coordinates special processes, including implementation, validation, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards Uses CAD/PLM systems to maintain and update drawings, documentation, and engineering databases Develops and maintains technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions Establishes production methods, process sequences, and work standards to ensure quality, capacity, and cost efficiency Supports new product introduction (NPI), including line setup, prototype builds, and production ramp-up Contributes to equipment and capacity planning, including recommendations for materials, tools, and investments Supports analysis of material flow, production layout, and manufacturing systems to optimize performance Acts as technical interface for customers during development and serial production (e.g., critical characteristics selection) Ideal Background
