About this role
Job Description: • Good hands on experience on insurance domain for US market. (12+ Yrs of exp) and at least 8 Yrs of good in-depth understanding on Vantage/wmA products. • Candidate must have been working as Lead BA in current project and well versed with BA processes from requirement analysis to solution design till implementation. • Ability for providing guidance to client on the business queries , Solution designing with in collaboration with technical team and perform development independently on wmA for new enhancements / Projects (medium to large size in nature). • Able to write down the business requirement and specification documents for new enhancements / projects. • Able to perform the manual and automated testing (if needed) to ensure that business requirements are met and code developed is meeting the expectation. This includes the system testing / integration testing / regression testing. • Good Hands on Exposure to conversion and transformation projects would be added advantage. • Ability to work on new business proposals and estimation for business growth in DXC. • Effective Communication Skills (verbal as well as written) and ability to interact with Client directly. • Mentoring and guiding the team and ensuring the defect free and timely delivery of the assignments. • Taking ownership of the tasks and get the tasks delivered with team as per project schedule and milestones. • Supporting the Technical team in Query resolution & Defect analysis At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
