Senior Manager, Core Infrastructure Engineering

Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) powers identity and access management for Oracle Cloud customers worldwide. The Identity Data Tier Engineering team owns the architecture, engineering, automation, and operational excellence of the storage layer that powers one of Oracle Cloud’s most critical Tier-0 services.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a highly skilled engineering organization responsible for the design, evolution, and reliability of the Identity Data Tier platform.

This role requires a technically strong engineering leader who can define long-term platform strategy, build and mentor high-performing teams, drive execution across multiple engineering organizations, and lead some of Oracle Cloud’s most critical infrastructure modernization programs. You will work closely with OCI teams, Autonomous Database/Exadata, security teams,Identity engineering to deliver highly scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud database services.
