Design, implement, maintain, and optimize   Check Point Firewall   environments, including Security Gateways, Management Servers, VSX, ClusterXL, VPNs, NAT, IPS, Identity Awareness, Application Control, URL Filtering, and Threat Prevention. Perform advanced troubleshooting of network security issues involving routing, switching, firewall policies, VPN connectivity, SSL inspection, and application traffic. Lead firewall policy reviews, rule optimization, cleanup activities, and compliance initiatives while ensuring adherence to security standards. Collaborate with Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security Operations, and Application teams to deliver secure solutions for new business initiatives. Plan and execute firewall upgrades, migrations, operating system updates, and hardware refresh activities with minimal business impact. Participate in security architecture reviews and recommend improvements based on industry best practices. Investigate security incidents and provide root cause analysis along with preventive recommendations. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, implementation guides, and knowledge articles. Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support during planned maintenance and critical production incidents. Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
