Director, HR Business Partner

We are looking for exceptional talent to serve as a Director, HR Business Partner to help us on our mission to empower everyone to create. This position will partner with leaders across Product Marketing, Community and Go To Market .

Serve as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leaders Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues and remove barriers impeding the success of the business Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires Deliver, in partnership with our COEs, HR cyclical programs to the business, as well as lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact to the HR organization as needed Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business! Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo What you need to succeed 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Creativity in your DNA- this is Adobe after all.
