Job Description and Requirements
You Are You have spent years turning engineering ambition into shipping silicon, and you know the difference between a project plan that looks good in a deck and one that survives first contact with reality. You understand SOC development from concept through tape-out because you have lived through the moments when a timeline slips, a dependency breaks, or a customer expectation shifts, and you have learned how to see those moments coming and do something about them before they cascade. You know how to read an engineering schedule and spot the risk that nobody wants to name out loud. When a project is stuck, you do not wait for permission to unstick it. You find the blocker, pull the right people together, and move. You have built trust with engineers, customers, and executives because you do not overpromise and you do not hide problems. You represent what is real, not what is easy to hear. At Synopsys, you will lead UCIe project delivery in a space where the technical stakes are high and the margin for error is thin.
