As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance. Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards Manage inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting processes Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations Step in for the Manager in their absence, making critical decisions when necessary Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a related industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution Experience in cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing work environment Empathetic approach to team management and customer interactions Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results Additional Information Additional Job Details Stooping/Bending Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
