Database Engineering Manager, Associate / Vice President

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to join our Technology Infrastructure team as a Database Engineering Manager. As a Database Engineering Manager supporting a regulated asset management environment, you will be responsible for the operational stability, control, resiliency, and continuous improvement of enterprise database platforms. The role carries primary accountability for database administration and engineering, with secondary coverage across server and storage-related support. This role requires a disciplined and control-oriented professional with strong production support experience, sound technical judgment, and the ability to collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, information security, and regional/global stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring database services are delivered in a stable, secure, and well-governed manner in line with business, regulatory, and audit expectations.
