Work you'll do As a Summer Scholar in our Government & Public Services practice, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. Setting our people up for success is a priority, and we are currently recruiting Business Summer Scholars whose skills and interests align with the below description: Business Summer Scholar This Summer Scholar provides essential support to transformation initiatives by leveraging tools, methodologies, and accelerators to assist project teams in achieving strategic objectives. This role is focused on supporting organizational and operational changes that align with business goals and drive growth. By combining analytical skills, research capabilities, and a collaborative approach, this professional plays a key role in supporting successful transformation initiatives and enabling organizations to achieve their strategic goals. A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice serves government agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other public sector organizations. Required: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2028 pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Operations Management, Project Management, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related/equivalent program Cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher You
