In this role, you will: Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 4+ years of client service experience working with high-value customers and/or large organizations. Executive-grade verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, decision-ready updates such as incident communications, RCA summaries, stakeholder briefs, release updates, and governance-ready materials. 3+ years of experience troubleshooting complex API ecosystems, including REST APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, request/response analysis, latency and error pattern review, and end-to-end failure investigation. Strong understanding of API concepts, including complete call flows, business logic, application behavior, upstream/downstream dependencies, infrastructure touchpoints, monitoring signals, customer impact, and operational risk. 3+ years of observability and monitoring experience, with Splunk strongly preferred. Experience should include building dashboards, writing queries, alert tuning, noise reduction, and correlating logs, metrics, traces, and events. Exposure to monitoring or observability tools such as ThousandEyes, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK/Elastic, Grafana, or Prometheus is a plus. Good SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, troubleshooting queries, data validation, anomaly identification, and supporting production investigations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments for 1+ year, including collaboration with squads, participation in ceremonies as needed, and issue analysis or resolution without disrupting sprint commitments. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-driven triage, root-cause analysis, pattern detection, and data-backed decision-making tied to customer and business outcomes. Intermediate GenAI capability with evidence of building or contributing to 1–2 AI-enabled automations, POCs, or operational improvement initiatives that improved outcomes such as reduced manual effort, improved MTTR, fewer false positives, or faster investigation/documentation. Familiarity with agentic or workflow-based AI concepts, including goal-oriented automation, orchestration, tool-calling patterns, or comparable agentic tooling. Experience using LLM tools such as NotebookLM or equivalent tools for grounded summaries, briefing documents, FAQs, investigation notes, or
