Be the “face of the hotel” – creating unforgettable memories for our guests through each interaction from arrival to departure

Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with the hotel policies

Lead the bell team in general operational tasks whilst assisting other front office associates

Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen

Escort guests to their rooms and explain all features & hotel offerings,

Be an expert on the luxury hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings

Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets

Ensure all guest’s requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner

Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department

Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures

A current driver’s license

Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
