Job Overview
The Industrial Business Unit of TE Connectivity is seeking a Global Product Manager (m/f/d) to drive the strategy, innovation roadmap, and business performance of the Board Connectors & Industrial Interconnect Systems portfolio. As an individual contributor, you will serve as the global owner of the assigned product lines - defining strategic direction, shaping growth programs, and enabling execution across a global matrix of Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regional Product Management teams. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, deep customer and market understanding, and the commercial discipline to scale the portfolio through new product introduction, go‑to‑market excellence, and expansion into adjacent applications . You will manage the full product lifecycle and be directly accountable for delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, portfolio competitiveness, and operational performance . You will thrive through influence - mobilizing cross‑functional teams, building global alignment, and driving decisions grounded in data and customer insight. This is a highly visible, high‑impact role at the center of TE’s Industrial strategic agenda. Job Requirements
Develop and execute a comprehensive global portfolio strategy that drives sustainable revenue and margin growth across key markets Identify breakthrough opportunities (new applications, platforms, technologies, business models, and targeted M&A opportunities) that strengthen TE’s competitive position Translate market trends, customer needs, technology shifts, regulatory changes, and competitive activity into clear strategic actions Build and maintain product and technology roadmaps in partnership with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure TE wins in current and emerging segments Lead VOC and application insight programs to shape differentiated product proposals and guide investment decisions Support strategic partnerships and M&A activities, including target analysis, strategic rationale, market/ portfolio fit assessments, and post-merger integration focused on portfolio harmonization, product line consolidation, and roadmap alignment Define resource requirements and lead the global pricing strategy, including value-based pricing, discount governance, and margin optimization, while ensuring consistent execution, commercial readiness,
