Product Stewardship Representative

YOU MIGHT LIKE THIS ROLE IF YOU: Enjoy working with detail and accuracy Like solving problems and learning new processes Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers Want to build a career in compliance, regulatory affairs, or EHS Work well in a structured and fast-paced environment PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Create, update, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) Support product label reviews to ensure required compliance information is accurate Respond to customer and internal requests for product compliance documentation Maintain compliance databases, records, and document libraries Support monitoring of regulatory changes and update documents where required Work with EHS, R&D, commercial, and operations teams on product compliance matters Ensure documentation is accurate, organised, and audit-ready Support continuous improvement of product stewardship processes QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline 0–3 years’ experience in SDS, compliance, documentation, quality, regulatory, or similar environment Fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Good analytical and problem-solving ability Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems Willingness to learn global regulatory requirements At ITW, we think and act like entrepreneurs.
