Work you'll do As a Business Analyst - Senior Engineering Management Specialist on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for: Support the development and continuous improvement of an integrated Operations and Continuous Innovation Team (OCIT) across mission-critical software products and operational services. Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements, priorities, and delivery plans across complex production applications. Coordinate with operational teams, technical stakeholders, program leadership, and government clients to align product priorities with mission objectives. Manage project plans, product roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and status reporting to support delivery execution. Monitor operational performance, identify risks and gaps, and recommend improvements that support product stability and continuous innovation.
